You've Got a Couple Options

You can be the badass you know is in there and take ownership of your pregnancy and your body. Begin the journey of self-discovery and self-love that — trust! — you’re gonna need to get you through this party that is parenthood.

Or you can stay in doubt or keep de-prioritizing your fitness and exercise, swearing that you’re gonna get to it….eventually. But believe me, boo, it ain’t gonna get easier when that baby is earthside. 

Think about your goals for yourself during this incredible time: As a parent, as a partner, and as a human.

After becoming pregnant with her own daughter in 2018, she realized how mediocre most of the info out there about pregnancy was. So, she set out to learn everything she possibly could.
