Upper back pain when nursing is practically ubiquitous, and while it might feel like you just want to stretch and stretch and stretch, stretching alone won’t solve your problems. In today’s class we’re digging deep into the anatomy of the shoulder, getting some solutions for your posture, and practicing exercises (and yes, stretches, too!) for between nursing sessions.
