In this Yin class, we’ll integrate an understanding of the nervous system with some tangible tools and techniques for pain reduction and a brief traditional Yin practice. You’ll learn about gate-control theory, fascia, and lots of other nerdy stuff — but more importantly, you’ll feel awesome!
